Chopper Spirals Out of Control into Palm Groves at Well-Known California Beach
A chopper soaring near a well-attended California beach suddenly began spiraling wildly, eventually dropping height and crashing into a row of palm trees as onlookers watched.
Footage shared on the internet show the chopper beginning to twirl over Huntington Beach then descending near the edge of the shore, where it gets stuck among palms and a set of stairs close to the coastal road.
First Aid Information
The Huntington Beach fire department said five persons were rushed to the hospital involving two who were in the chopper and were “rescued from the debris” subsequent to the accident on the weekend.
Three people on the pavement were injured. Information on their wounds were not yet released.
What led to the incident was not yet disclosed.
